Course Description:

Discover life-saving skills with our comprehensive HSI CPR with AED course. Designed to equip participants with essential knowledge and hands-on training, this course focuses on cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) techniques and the proper use of automated external defibrillators (AEDs). Gain the confidence to respond effectively to cardiac emergencies and make a critical difference when seconds matter. Covers all ages including adult, child and infant.

This course will cover:

• Strokes and heart attacks

• Assessing for cardiac arrest

• Adult CPR

• Chest compressions: review of rate, depth, and ratio for all ages

• Providing breaths with a pocket mask

• AED overview and operation

• Child CPR

• Infant CPR

• Choking response for all ages

• 1- and 2-rescuer scenarios

Certification:

Successful completion of this course provides a 2-year HSI CPR with AED certification.
