Course Description:

Discover life-saving skills with our comprehensive CPR with AED and First Aid course. Designed to equip participants with essential knowledge and hands-on training, this course covers cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) techniques, proper use of automated external defibrillators (AEDs), and fundamental first aid procedures. Gain the confidence to respond effectively in emergencies and make a difference in critical situations.

This course will cover:

• Strokes and Heart Attacks
• Assessing for cardiac arrest
• Adult CPR
• Compressions. Review of rate, depth and ratio for all ages
• Providing breaths with a pocket mask
• AED overview
• Child CPR
• Infant CPR
• Choking for all ages
• 1 and 2-rescuer scenarios 
• Adult First Aid topics such as:
• Bleeding control
• Epi-pen administration
• Broken bones and spinal injuries
• Concussions
• Respiratory Emergencies
• Heat and Cold related emergencies
• Burns

Course Duration: About 4 Hours

Certification: Successful completion of this course provides a 2 year, CPR and First Aid certification.
