This class teaches practical, real-world skills you can use to protect the people around you when emergencies happen. You’ll learn what to look for, how to respond, and the steps that make the biggest difference while you’re waiting for help to arrive.

• Spot emergencies instantly: strokes, heart attacks & cardiac arrest
• Perform confident, effective CPR for adults, children & infants
• Master AED use so the device isn’t intimidating—it’s a tool
• Clear choking in all age groups, fast and effectively
• Run through realistic one-rescuer and team-rescuer scenarios

• Stop bleeding quickly and safely
• Recognize allergic reactions & use an Epi-pen correctly
• Manage broken bones, sprains & head injuries until help arrives
• Handle breathing problems, asthma attacks & respiratory emergencies
• Treat burns, heat/cold stress & other common injuries
