This American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) course is designed for healthcare providers and students who need a clinical-level CPR certification. You’ll practice high-quality CPR, team response, and the skills that matter most in real cardiac and breathing emergencies.

• Recognize cardiac arrest, heart attack & stroke quickly
• Deliver high-quality chest compressions for adults, children & infants
• Coordinate effective 1-rescuer and 2-rescuer CPR
• Use clear roles, timing & communication in team-based resuscitation
• Practice real-world code-style scenarios from start to finish

• Open and maintain the airway using BLS techniques
• Provide effective ventilations with barrier devices & bag-mask
• Operate an AED confidently so it becomes a tool, not a distraction
• Relieve choking in adults, children & infants
• Follow the BLS Assessment & AHA Adult Chain of Survival
